RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Muscmen, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days of receiving your order. Please read the conditions below carefully before initiating a return.

 

1. RETURN WINDOW

  Return period: 30 days from the date of delivery

The 30-day window begins on the date your delivery is confirmed by the carrier, not the date of shipment. Once delivery is confirmed, you have 30 days to submit a return request.

 

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, your product must meet all of the following conditions:

Accepted Condition

      Unused, product may have been tried on but not used

      Original manufacturer tag must be intact and attached

      Product must be in its original packaging

      Clean and in perfect condition, no signs of use whatsoever

      Odor-free, no scent of sweat, fragrance, or any other odor

 

Items NOT Eligible for Return

     Discounted or sale items

     Used products or products showing any signs of use

     Products with removed or damaged original tags

     Products damaged by the customer (tears, stains, etc.)

     Products returned after the 30-day window

 

3. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Please follow these steps to submit a return request. Do not ship your item without prior authorization from our team.

Step 1: Contact Us

Send an email to contact@muscmen.com with the following information:

        Your order number

        Reason for return

        Photos of the product (if applicable)

Step 2: Submit Photos of the Product

After receiving your message, we may ask you to provide photos of:

        The product from all angles

        The original tag

        The original packaging

        The shipping label (if applicable)

Step 3: Receive Return Instructions

Once your return request is approved, we will send you:

        A prepaid return shipping label (if the return is due to our error)

        Step-by-step return instructions

        The return address

Step 4: Ship the Product

Securely package the item and ship it to the return address provided in your approval email.

 

Important: Do not remove the original tag. The product must be shipped with the tag attached.

 

Step 5: Return Processing

Once we receive your returned item:

        Product inspection: 1-2 business days

        Return confirmation email: within 48 hours

        Refund processing: 5-7 business days from approval

 

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Returns Due to Our Error

Muscmen will cover the cost of return shipping if the return is due to:

      A product damaged upon delivery

      An incorrect item or size sent by us

      A product that does not match its description

      Any other error on our part

Voluntary Returns (Change of Mind)

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs if the return is due to:

        A change of mind or personal preference

        An accidental or unwanted purchase

        Any reason unrelated to a defect or error on our part

Example: If your order totals $29.95 and you choose to return it, you will receive a full refund of $29.95. However, you will be responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping label.

 

5. REFUND PROCESSING

After we receive and inspect your returned item, here is what to expect:

Inspection (1-2 Business Days)

        We verify the condition of the product

        We confirm the tag and packaging are intact

        We confirm all return conditions are met

Confirmation (Within 48 Hours)

        You will receive an email confirming the return status

        We will notify you whether the return has been approved or rejected

Refund (5-7 Business Days)

        Refunds are issued to the original payment method

        Please allow an additional 2-5 business days depending on your bank or card issuer

 

6. TRACKING YOUR RETURN

Once your return shipment is on its way:

        You will receive a tracking number for your return

        You can monitor shipment status through the carrier’s website

        You will receive email notifications at each stage of the return process

 

7. DAMAGED ITEMS UPON ARRIVAL

If your product arrives damaged, please follow these steps immediately:

        Do not fully open the package if damage is clearly visible from the outside

        Take photos of the packaging and the product

        Contact us at contact@muscmen.com within 24 hours of delivery

        Send us photos documenting the damage

Resolution options:

      Full refund: we will process a complete refund to your original payment method

      Replacement: we will ship a new product at no additional cost

 

The choice is yours. Simply let us know your preference when you contact us.

 

8. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Our limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that appear under normal use, including:

        Material tears caused by manufacturing defects

        Stitching or seam failures

        Defective components

Warranty claim procedure:

        Provide photos clearly showing the defect

        We will send you a prepaid return label

        Upon inspection, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement

 

9. PARTIAL REFUNDS

In certain circumstances, we may offer a partial refund:

        If the product shows minor signs of use but does not fully meet our return conditions

        A partial refund of 70-90% of the product price may be offered at our discretion

        This is not a guaranteed option but a goodwill accommodation

 

10. RETURNING PART OF AN ORDER

If your order included multiple products and you only wish to return some of them:

        You may return individual items from your order

        The refund will be calculated based on the returned item(s) only

        The remaining items in your order are unaffected

 

11. DUPLICATE OR INCORRECT SHIPMENTS

If we sent you a duplicate item or the wrong product:

        We will cover all return shipping costs

        We will send you a prepaid return label

        You will receive a full refund for the incorrect item

        The correct item will be shipped to you at no additional cost

 

12. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For customers returning from outside the United States:

        Customs duties, import fees, or taxes incurred during the return shipment are the customer’s responsibility

        We do not cover international return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

13. NO-QUESTIONS-ASKED GUARANTEE

We believe in standing behind our product. If all of the following conditions are met:

      You are within the 30-day return window

      The product meets our return conditions

      You have submitted the required photos

We will approve your return without asking for additional justification.
