Muscmen is committed to fast, reliable delivery to customers across the United States and worldwide. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping zones, timelines, carriers, and how we handle delivery issues.

 

1. SHIPPING ZONES

We ship to the following destinations:

        United States (all 50 states): 3-5 business days transit

        Canada & Mexico: 5-7 business days transit

        Rest of World: 7-10 business days transit

 

Note: All transit times are calculated from the date of shipment, which occurs within 1–2 business days of order placement.

3. ORDER PROCESSING

After your order is placed, here is what happens:

        Orders are processed and prepared within 1-2 business days

        Each package is carefully packed to ensure safe delivery

        You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched

        Receive an order confirmation email

        Order is packed and prepared (1-2 business days)

        Package is handed off to the carrier

        Tracking number is sent to you via email

        Package is delivered to your address

 

4. SHIPPING CARRIERS

We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure reliable delivery:

        USPS - domestic US deliveries

        UPS - domestic and international

        FedEx - domestic and international

        DHL - international shipments

 

The carrier assigned to your order depends on your delivery location, service availability, and estimated transit speed. In some cases, you may be able to select a preferred carrier at checkout if multiple options are available.

 

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your package has shipped:

      You will receive an email with your tracking number

      You can track your package in real time on the carrier’s website

      Status update notifications will be sent to your email

      Your tracking information is also accessible from your account

 

How to track your order:

        Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or

        Visit the carrier’s website and enter your tracking number manually

        You will see the exact location of your package and the estimated delivery date

These timelines are estimates. Actual delivery dates may vary due to:

        Federal holidays and carrier closures

        Severe weather or natural disasters

        High-volume shipping periods (e.g., holiday season)

        Customs inspections for international orders

 

7. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

      Include your full street address and any apartment or unit number

      Double-check your ZIP code and city

      Ensure the recipient name is correct

Changing your address:

        Address changes are possible within 24 hours of order placement

        Contact us immediately at contact@muscmen.com with your order number and the corrected address

        Once a package has been shipped, address changes are no longer possible

 

Muscmen is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable or lost due to an inaccurate or incomplete address provided by the customer.

 

8. LATE OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:

        Check your tracking link - the package may be experiencing a minor delay

        Allow an additional 48 hours - carrier delays can occasionally occur

        Contact us at contact@muscmen.com with your order number and tracking number if the package still has not arrived

We will offer you the following options:

      Option 1: Full refund, issued to your original payment method

      Option 2: Free re-shipment, we will send a new package at no cost

 

The choice is yours.

 

9. DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

        Do not fully open the package if damage is clearly visible from the outside

        Take photos of the damaged packaging and the product

        Contact us at contact@muscmen.com within 24 hours of delivery

        Include photos documenting all damage

We will offer you:

      Option 1: Full refund to your original payment method

      Option 2: Free replacement a new product shipped immediately at no cost

 

10. MISSING ITEMS

If an item is missing from your order:

        Check all packaging materials thoroughly items are sometimes wrapped inside padding

        Take photos of the package contents and packing slip

        Contact us at contact@muscmen.com with your order number

        Attach photos of what was received

We will resolve the issue at no cost to you:

      Option 1: Refund, for the missing item

      Option 2: Re-shipment, we will send the missing item right away

 

11. PACKAGE INSURANCE

All Muscmen shipments are automatically insured against damage and loss:

        Insurance is included at no additional cost

        Coverage applies to the full value of your order

        In the event of a claim, our team will guide you through the process

 

12. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

For orders shipped outside the United States:

        Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be assessed by the destination country

        These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient

        Muscmen is not liable for any customs-related fees or delays

        The carrier will notify you of any additional charges prior to delivery

Potential customs delays:

        Customs clearance may add 2-10 additional business days to your delivery estimate

        Delays vary by country and are outside of our control

 

13. SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY

Some shipments may require a signature at the time of delivery:

        You will be notified in advance by the carrier if a signature is required

        Delivery instructions (e.g., “Leave with neighbor” or “Leave at door”) may be set through the carrier’s website or app

        If you miss a delivery attempt, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for re-delivery or pickup

 

14. MUSCMEN’S RESPONSIBILITY

We Are Responsible For

      Properly packing and protecting your order

      Handing your package off to a reliable, trusted carrier

      Providing accurate shipment and tracking information

 

We Are NOT Responsible For

     Carrier-caused delays in transit

     Weather events, natural disasters, or force majeure

     Delivery failures caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer

     Customs inspections or international import delays

     Events beyond our reasonable control

 

15. ORDER CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel your order:

        Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement

        A full refund will be issued with no questions asked

        Once the package has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible

        If the package has already shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy

 

16. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Muscmen reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time, including changes to delivery timelines, carriers, or shipping costs. We will notify customers of significant changes in advance. Continued use of our website following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
