1. SHIPPING ZONES
We ship to the following destinations:
• United States (all 50 states): 3-5 business days transit
• Canada & Mexico: 5-7 business days transit
• Rest of World: 7-10 business days transit
Note: All transit times are calculated from the date of shipment, which occurs within 1–2 business days of order placement.

3. ORDER PROCESSING
After your order is placed, here is what happens:

• Order is packed and prepared (1-2 business days)
• Package is handed off to the carrier
• Tracking number is sent to you via email
• Package is delivered to your address
4. SHIPPING CARRIERS
We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure reliable delivery:
• USPS - domestic US deliveries
• UPS - domestic and international
• FedEx - domestic and international
• DHL - international shipments
The carrier assigned to your order depends on your delivery location, service availability, and estimated transit speed. In some cases, you may be able to select a preferred carrier at checkout if multiple options are available.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your package has shipped:

These timelines are estimates. Actual delivery dates may vary due to:

• Customs inspections for international orders
7. DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
✓ Include your full street address and any apartment or unit number
✓ Double-check your ZIP code and city
✓ Ensure the recipient name is correct
Changing your address:
• Address changes are possible within 24 hours of order placement
• Contact us immediately at contact@muscmen.com with your order number and the corrected address
• Once a package has been shipped, address changes are no longer possible
Muscmen is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable or lost due to an inaccurate or incomplete address provided by the customer.
8. LATE OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:
• Check your tracking link - the package may be experiencing a minor delay
• Allow an additional 48 hours - carrier delays can occasionally occur
• Contact us at contact@muscmen.com with your order number and tracking number if the package still has not arrived
We will offer you the following options:
✓ Option 1: Full refund, issued to your original payment method
✓ Option 2: Free re-shipment, we will send a new package at no cost
The choice is yours.
9. DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
• Do not fully open the package if damage is clearly visible from the outside
• Take photos of the damaged packaging and the product
• Contact us at contact@muscmen.com within 24 hours of delivery
• Include photos documenting all damage
We will offer you:
✓ Option 1: Full refund to your original payment method
✓ Option 2: Free replacement a new product shipped immediately at no cost
10. MISSING ITEMS
If an item is missing from your order:
• Check all packaging materials thoroughly items are sometimes wrapped inside padding
• Take photos of the package contents and packing slip
• Contact us at contact@muscmen.com with your order number
• Attach photos of what was received
We will resolve the issue at no cost to you:
✓ Option 1: Refund, for the missing item
✓ Option 2: Re-shipment, we will send the missing item right away
11. PACKAGE INSURANCE
All Muscmen shipments are automatically insured against damage and loss:
• Insurance is included at no additional cost
• Coverage applies to the full value of your order
• In the event of a claim, our team will guide you through the process
12. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
For orders shipped outside the United States:
• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be assessed by the destination country
• These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient
• Muscmen is not liable for any customs-related fees or delays
• The carrier will notify you of any additional charges prior to delivery
Potential customs delays:
• Customs clearance may add 2-10 additional business days to your delivery estimate
• Delays vary by country and are outside of our control
13. SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY
Some shipments may require a signature at the time of delivery:
• You will be notified in advance by the carrier if a signature is required
• Delivery instructions (e.g., “Leave with neighbor” or “Leave at door”) may be set through the carrier’s website or app
• If you miss a delivery attempt, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for re-delivery or pickup
14. MUSCMEN’S RESPONSIBILITY
We Are Responsible For
✓ Properly packing and protecting your order
✓ Handing your package off to a reliable, trusted carrier
✓ Providing accurate shipment and tracking information
We Are NOT Responsible For
✗ Carrier-caused delays in transit
✗ Weather events, natural disasters, or force majeure
✗ Delivery failures caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer
✗ Customs inspections or international import delays
✗ Events beyond our reasonable control
15. ORDER CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel your order:
• Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement
• A full refund will be issued with no questions asked
• Once the package has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible
