6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping Policy

We ship to the address provided at checkout. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of your shipping address. All shipments are insured, and shipping costs (if applicable) will be clearly displayed prior to order confirmation.

Shipping Risk

Once a package has been dispatched, Muscmen is not liable for damage caused by the shipping carrier. In the event of damage during transit, please contact both the carrier and our support team at contact@muscmen.com and we will assist you in filing a claim.

Undeliverable Packages

Muscmen is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an inaccurate or incomplete address provided by the customer.

 

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

•        The product must be unused and in its original, unaltered condition

•        Original packaging and labels must be intact

•        Discounted or sale items are not eligible for return

•        Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective

Return Process

Non-Returnable Items

8. LIMITED WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

Product Warranty

Violations of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
